Our vision is creating a world with greater possibilities for women, non-binary individuals and their families. We strive for a world where all women are financially independent and are treated with dignity and respect, so they are able to harness their full power and recognize their role in economic sustainability.

Our purpose is to offer long-lasting solutions by providing each Client with clothing and resources they need to secure employment and actively define their future.

Every woman has the right to realize her full potential and achieve financial independence. We believe that with the proper education, resources and tools, that this world is possible.
Achieving this is made possible when we come together as a community. By recognizing the significant role women have in our economic development, we are able to build a stronger workforce for future generations.

We believe that by building up a woman’s agency and knowledge, better synergies between gender equality and economic sustainability are realized, enabling her to generate a long-term impact in both her private and public life.

We are an ever-expanding network of affiliates who work together with referral agencies, volunteers and companies across the world to make a big impact in women’s lives. By supporting each other, we can reach a greater number of women and make our vision a reality.

What We Do

One-On-One Support

Through the Dress for Success Toronto Virtual Career Centre, Clients can work one-on-one with one of our trained Career Specialists on the topics of their choice. These personalized sessions are focused on eliminating the frustrating obstacles that may arise during a search for employment or in the workplace.

Our Suiting & Styling Services are about more than clothing. It’s a transformational experience that builds confidence and self-esteem. Through this service, our Clients are able to get the outfits and style advice they need, regardless of where they find themselves in their employment journey.

Our free multi-week group sessions offer an inspiring and encouraging network where Clients can work toward their goals in a safe and supportive online environment. These are intimate and dynamic spaces where Clients can meet new people, share experiences and build a network of ongoing support with fellow participants, facilitators and staff.
